PARTICIPANT
Participation in the conference is free of charge. However and e-certificate will be provided upon request with a processing fee
* Conference fees include an e-certificate, publication in the conference proceedings (with an ISSN/ISBN), and an international refereed journal.
* All bank’s charges such as remittance fees and/or foreign exchange charges will have to be borne by the participants.
* For International presenter fees include publication in International Proceeding
* Selected papers will be published by Atlantis Press. Papers that do not pass the review process for Atlantis Press will be included in the conference proceedings with an ISBN

- Every non-participant fills in the personal data by the registration form
- The paper participants are required to submit abstracts on registration form (1 Mei – 1 September 2025)
- The abstract announcement and submitting (7 Mei-1 September 2025)
- Every paper participant is required to submit full paper (1-7 Oktober 2025)
- Any winners will be contacted for their willingness to publish their paper on the AIP
- Any declared failure to pass selection will get a trial
- Any participant willing to publish his papers is required to pay additional costs
- Payments are now available by bank transfer or mobile banking;
- All payments are not refundable;
